Dr. Carol R. Hood volunteered as Medial Director at Newport Animal Shelter and saved many dogs and cats that came through the shelter. As our founder, she provided inspiration, motivation, and knowledge to fulfill our goals of reducing the number of homeless dogs and cats in northeast TN. She also provided our clinic and meeting space which we couldn't do without.
